• Do I have to clean my home before you come?

    All we ask is that surfaces are clear to clean. We understand how hectic life can be, so if we find items on the floor (especially in the bedrooms), we will place them up on the beds.

  • Do I need to be present while my home is being cleaned?

    There is no need for you to be present while we are in your home, but, if you prefer to be there, we will happily work around you.

  • How many people will come to my home?

    We generally assign one cleaner, but depending on the size of your home/project the amount of cleaners may vary.

  • What time will Dust Busters arrive?

    We perform all services during daytime hours based on a time we arrange with you to meet your needs. Evening or weekend cleaning is also available upon request.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

    Dust Busters will furnish all regular cleaning supplies and equipment to perform the job. Should you have any special areas that require special products, we will make a plan with you for the products you will provide.

  • When do I pay for my cleaning services? Do I pay the cleaner directly at my home?

    Payments are due the day of service by e-transfer or by cheque (please place in a sealed envelope on the kitchen counter for the cleaner to take).

  • What kind of insurance does Dust Busters have?

    Dust Busters is fully bonded and insured through Allstate Insurance as follows:
    Bond per Cleaner: $10,000
    Liability Insurance: $2,000,000

  • What if I need to cancel a cleaning session?

    Sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning, please provide a minimum 24 hours notice so we can rearrange the schedule. You can reach us by email or text – 905-392-8424. Failure to give notice may result in a small service charge.

  • What if I have concerns or special requests?

    Our commitment to our clients is our top priority. We welcome calls at any time.
