  • What if I need to cancel a cleaning session?

    Sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning, please provide a minimum 24 hours notice so we can rearrange the schedule. You can reach us by email or text – 905-392-8424. Failure to give notice may result in a small service charge.

  • What if I have concerns or special requests?

    Our commitment to our clients is our top priority. We welcome calls at any time. Should you have a question or concern or want to change services, please call us, and we will work to make things right and accommodate any special requests.   • What kind of insurance does Dust Busters have?

    Dust Busters is fully bonded and insured through Allstate Insurance as follows:
    Bond per Cleaner: $10,000
    Liability Insurance: $2,000,000
